Realtor Referral Program

Policy and Requirements:

Realtors must meet one of the following criteria in order to be paid a referral fee:

Realtor, prospective purchaser and Calmark Homes sales counselor are present at the first visit to a model home, inventory home, home under construction or home site offered for sale by Calmark Homes. Prospective purchaser must be "new" to Calmark Homes and have had no prior contact, communication or relationship of any kind with a Calmark Homes sales counselor in any community.

OR...

Realtor makes a phone call to a Calmark Homes sales counselor prior to the prospective purchaser's first visit and "pre-registers" a prospective purchaser with Calmark Homes. Prospective purchaser must be "new" to Calmark Homes and have had no prior contact, communication or relationship of any kind with a Calmark Homes sales counselor in any community.

OR...

Realtor sends an e-mail to a Calmark Homes sales counselor prior to the prospective purchaser's first visit and "pre-registers" a prospective purchaser with Calmark Homes. Prospective purchaser must be "new" to Calmark Homes and have had no prior contact, communication or relationship of any kind with a Calmark Homes sales counselor in any community.

OR...

Realtor sends a text message to a Calmark Homes sales counselor prior to the prospective purchaser's first visit and "pre-registers" a prospective purchaser with Calmark Homes. Prospective purchaser must be "new" to Calmark Homes and have had no prior contact, communication or relationship of any kind with a Calmark Homes sales counselor in any community.

Realtors will NOT be paid referral fees for the following situations and scenarios:

Realtor considers himself/herself to be the "agent of record" for a prospective purchaser, but the Realtor has not met one of the above listed criteria.

Prospective purchaser is considered by the Realtor to be "working with an agent", but the Realtor has not met one of the above listed criteria.

Prospective purchaser (at some point in the transaction) offers a Realtors' business card or states that they are "working with an agent", but the Realtor has not met one of the above listed criteria.


We are delighted when we have the opportunity to pay referral fees to Realtors. Calmark Homes sales counselors are instructed to ask the following question when they first meet a prospective purchaser:

"How did you find us?"
